The aim of this section is to ensure that residents are aware of developments affecting their 
environment. This is likely to focus on planning proposals for redevelopment of premises in 
the vicinity of Ockendon Road such as the Mitchison Road Pitch Plans, 
redevelopment of the Elena Hotel and the current plans to upgrade the shops in North Essex Road.





We will have more success in combating plans which are likely to adversely
